                                            <p>This is my entry for 3D Printing Nerd&apos;s spool holder contest.</p>
<p>This design uses very little material while still providing high stiffness. It can hold spools of up to 95 mm width.</p>
<p>I printed it with 3 shells, 4 top and bottom layers, no support, 0.2 mm layer height on a 0.4 mm nozzle. This resulted in a material consumption of just under 25 grams.</p>

This is my own design of a berd air bending and drilling jig, I have included several pictures to show how it is used,
The holes in the tube are at 45 degrees the reason for this was because I found the normal straight drilled tubes didn't cool fine points to well and the nozzle heat would spoil the finish,
