In Gauge II/1:22.5 the narrow gauge track is standard LGB 45 mm rails. (Gauge IIm) The standard gauge wagons run on 64 mm wide track.</p>
<p>I tried to capture the main features, leaving out the unimportant details that are hardly visible, difficult to design and print and are fragile. </p>
<p>According to my calculations this &quot;Rollwagen&quot; should drive OK through LGB R2 curves (radius 780 mm - centre of track). To avoid de-railments I advise to run this model on layouts with at least R3-curves (1195 mm).</p>
<p>Construction:</p>
<ul><li>All parts are glued together using CA-glue/superglue. </li>
<li>Saw the heads off 4 M4 bolts and screw them in the threaded holes of both frame sections. (M4 thread on 1 side, 4 mm holes on the other side) Slide the 2 frame sections together after some glue is applied.</li>
<li>The bogies are screwed to the frame with countersunk M5 bolts.</li>
<li>Glue some 1.75 mm filament to the hand-brake-wheels and glue them to hole in the frame.</li>
<li>The adjustable wheel-locks slide on 2 mm steel wire that is glued in the holes provided in the frame. Please don&apos;t use filament for this. It bends so easily, the locks can not be kept in the desired position.</li>
<li>Use 2 mm metal wire to bend 2 eylets to be glued to the ends of draw-bar. </li>
<li>The coupling pin in bend from some 2 mm stell wire.</li>
<li>Axles are ~48 mm long 3.0 mm metal rod, with ~4 mm M3 thread at each end.</li>
<li>The 3.0 mm axles run in F623ZZ bearings pressed in the bogies.</li>
<li>Wheels have M3 thread to screw them to the axles.</li>

WWII Japanese Sword

 These swords were used by the Japanese military in World War II. Lightweight and sharp, these swords were effective against their enemies in battle. This object is part of "Scan The World". Scan the World is a non-profit initiative introduced by MyMiniFactory, through which we are building/creating a digital archive of fully 3D printable sculptures, artworks and landmarks from across the globe for the public to access for free.                                             <p>Inspired by Punished Props, i hand drew this batarang using Autodesk 123D Design. I drew the right side first, then mirrored the second half. i inset a snap hinge to connect the two. and whala.</p>
<p>Printed on a Form1+</p>
<p>The first prints (first 3 photos) were just the Top&#xA0;left and the &#xA0;Top right halfs&#xA0;and took about 4 hours each. I then revisted the model and mirrored and merged the two seperate Top halfs to their equal Bottom halfs and printed them both at the same time;&#xA0;As you can see in the towering post-print photos of the two halfs standing on the build plate. Normally you would want to print your models on a Form1+&#xA0;at a 45 degree angle, but since i knew these were light and that the resin would esaily pore off the batarang blades and no place on the model for the resin to get gunk up, i pulled the trigger and set to a low quality print knowing.&#xA0;</p>
<p>I have some shop work to do on the new full 3d prints, espcialy on the connection grooves. But i wanted to share the current progress and will update the results soon!&#xA0;</p>

<p>I&apos;ve set it up for two print beds. One measures 170.03 x 88.04 x 93.16. The second measures 79.95 x 91.48 x 98.05.</p>
<p>I&apos;ve also included the full model and the parts.</p>
<p>The model measure around 30 cm tall when assembled. Reduce at your own risk:P</p>
