Use a CO2 car launcher from someone like Pitsco or Kelvin, wheels from a Lego Technic motorcycle (I got mine on eBay), and create a flat wall for the car to crash into (I put a board against paint cans). The car is guided by monofilament, and I put the wood wall at 50&apos; from the launcher. At that distance, a 12 gram CO2 cartridge will shoot the car fast enough to break an egg without a well-designed crumple zone. Use a slo-motion camera app to capture and analyze the destruction. Modern gender studies have pointed out that gender identity is formed through repetition of established patterns and systems, and indeed artefacts such as this spear bearer, and a cast collection as such, seem perfect for such a purpose.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">John Gibson&#x2019;s &#x201C;Cupid Disguised as a Shepherd&#x201D; serves as a good&#xA0;example of artistic reproduction within the sculptor&#x2019;s studio. This work was his most popular subject, with at least nine versions commissioned in marble by patrons. Gibson first began working on the subject around 1830, and it was his belief that he had created a new interpretation of the god of love, although the figure was inspired by classical and&#xA0;Renaissance sources. The subject merges classicism with the contemporary taste for sentimentality, and also conveys a sense of theatricality as the god wears a costume to hide his identity. The statue was inspired by the pastoral comedy Aminta (1573) by the Italian poet Torquato Tasso. In this poem the god of love appears disguised as a shepherd so that he can use his arrows to play with the hearts of the nymph Silvia and the youth Aminta. In his memoirs, Gibson recorded in Italian the opening passage of the poem:</p>

A drawing (Fig. 3) suggests that early on Gibson wanted the figure to appear in motion, having shot an arrow and now rushing to hide his bow and quiver. By choosing instead to depict him upright and still, Gibson reverted to a study of idealized beauty. Each repetition measures approximately 51 inches, making the</p>

He hides in his left hand behind him his &#x2018;heart- piercing dart&#x2019; and his bow, the bottom portion of which rests against his calf.Four of the known repetitions of the statue show his right hand reaching outward, the fingers slightly curved as if to take someone&#x2019;s hand, inspiring &#x2018;confidence&#x2019; yet assuming &#x2018;that air of modesty and timidity to conceal the more his cunning designs&#x2019;, as Gibson described it. However, in the two earliest repetitions of the statue, he is shown holding a rose in his right hand, which may have been intended to enhance his flirtatious nature. No documentation has yet explained this change in the outstretched hand.</p>
<p>What follows is, for the first time, a published compendium of heretofore known information that documents the production and history of the nine known marble repetitions of this sculpture, as well as marble reductions and plaster variants.</p>

<p>In the early 1840s, a fifth version of the subject was commissioned by Richard Alison, a merchant from Woolton Hayes near Liverpool. This repetition is inscribed GIBSON FECIT ROMAE on the top of the tree stump. In 1873 Alison donated the statue to the Walker Art Gallery and it is now part of the collections of the National Museums Liverpool.</p>

<p>Nine repetitions and four reductions, all in marble, clearly demonstrate that Cupid Disguised as a Shepherd Boy was a popular work, and these versions do not include full-size plaster editions of the subject, at least one of which would have been in his studio, while another was exhibited in the Court of Modern Sculpture at the reconstituted Crystal Palace in Sydenham Park.</p>
<p>In no way did the reproduction and international marketing of this statue lessen its perceived quality, nor did its multiple forms create a sense that any of the later repetitions were less important than the first. This is because it was Gibson&#x2019;s design, and not his specific handcrafting, that appealed to his patrons and enabled him to make numerous versions of a popular subject.</p>

All parts are designed to be assembled by just press fitting them together. Only the cf rod should be glued with epoxy to the holder. Of course the mechanism can be used on different printer models by just designing another holder for the axis.&#xA0;I&#xA0;used titanium grease from&#xA0;Hanseline&#xA0;on the&#xA0;rod&#xA0;holder&#xA0;and&#xA0;the&#xA0;slot&#xA0;in&#xA0;the&#xA0;arm&#xA0;to&#xA0;make&#xA0;the rod&#xA0;holder easier to&#xA0;remove, e.g. when&#xA0;the&#xA0;printer&#xA0;needs&#xA0;to&#xA0;be transported. To&#xA0;fix the&#xA0;arm&#xA0;holder I&#xA0;use&#xA0;a&#xA0;6mm security pin.</p>

This design is an adaptation for FelixRobotics Felix 3d printers (v.1.0-3.0). I originally designed it for the OpenBeam KosselPro printer: https://www.youmagine.com/designs/filament-spool-holder-for-openbeam-kossel-proThe central parts are the 2 cones that run on the cf rod and can be moved on the axis to adapt for different spool sizes. <p>I use this monitor in my workshop to see the temperature and humidity, to see the humidity in my 3D filaments and it is not cool that it is on the desk without a support. This set of stl create a support for your xiaomi monitor and allow the visualization to be much easier and you do not have to take it in your hands to see the humidity.</p>
<p>To print this holder you do not have to worry about the supports, nor to place raft and very little percentage of fill is required (tested with 5 and 8% of fill). You just have to worry about having your 3D printer well calibrated the bed and testing with low layer heights (tested with 0.15 and 0.20 layer height).</p>

<p>The two holders are connected with connector.stl, in this way they join and allow a rotation. This work is still in progress. I need to improve tolerances and round edges. I will keep updating this holder. Even so, it is functional and you can try it, I ask you only to comment on how it works for you and thus be able to improve it with your feedback. Also add the step files so that you can modify them if you want easily.</p>

Xiaomi Mi Temperature and Humidity Monitor 2 Holder

<p>The base is made with the 5 parts, Body1,2,3,4 and 5 and fit together easily but to make sure it doesn&apos;t falls apart cause of sunlight, rain and other environment factors some glue is recommended. The roof part, Body5 has some tappered inclines so rain washes of it easily and the insectmodules stay dry.&#xA0;</p>
<p>The ButterflyModule, Body6, is designed to house different species of butterfly pupa and also doubles as an hybernating space for adult buuterflies. This Module needs to be filled with some sticks and leafs of Hedra hedra wo the eggs will be layed on them and for the pupa to hang from.&#xA0;</p>
<p>The BeeModule, Body 8, is designed with different radiuses and detpth to suited the needs for different spieces of bee&apos;s. 2 and 3mm for the genus Chelostoma, Hylaeus and Heriades. 5 and 7mm for the genus Osmia, Anthidium and Collestes. And 10 and 12mm for the genus Anthophora and some Osmia.&#xA0;</p>
<p>The LadybugModule is&#xA0;designed to give shelter during the summerrains and it is recommended to place this shelter near your gardenplants who needs some louse protection.&#xA0;</p>
<p>The last module can be filled with some wood, reed or coconut hair to assist in an more natural look or birdsnesting material.&#xA0;</p>

 Since it has become obvious that most people are printing my 1:200 tanks for wargaming, I decided to redetail some of them to suit the scale. A secondary consideration was to ensure that the details would still be printable on my Form 1 SLA printer at 1:200.
