<p>The robot uses a pen to draw as it moves. The wheels control the position and the&#xA0;servo can lift the pen up/down when no drawing should occur.<br><br>This is my fist take on this robot. I&apos;ll let the students have a stab at the code and put that on GitHub once we have something sensible to move it around with. The hardware was dictated by what the students already have in their kits, but this is probably one of the cheapest robot platforms&#xA0;out there.<br><br>Regarding precision - it&apos;s not crazy good, but more than good enough for my purposes. <p>The spacing for these mounts are for a 80mm thick rad and fans only on one side. Unsure if a 60mm thick rad and fans on both sides would work.<br>
The mounts used the M3 screws the fans came with for the fan side, shorter M3 screws (aim for about 5-10mm thread length) on the non fan side. M5 hex head bolts were used to join the mounts to the case with a washer and nut on the back. Each mount uses 2-OFF M3 screws and 3-OFF M5 bolts. The holes in the print were cleaned up with a drill bit before install</p>
<p>These mounts are overkill and just 2 securely held the radiator when full. I have noticed some have cracked since installed. Unsure if the print wasn&apos;t full cured or it was brittle. Maybe print at +1% to have some extra tolerance.</p></div>
