I then made the outer wall taller so as to cover the entire side and cut holes for the buttons, microphone and speaker. unit is a semi-loose fit for the Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2 44mm. This is by design so that you can add some Foam Tape to protect your watch from being scratched while making it a tight fit.</p>

Supports aren&apos;t needed as long as you have your overhangs and bridges tuned-in; the base for the Apple Watch will require that. The tolerances are purposely a little bit looser than most designs like this. I didn&apos;t want my watch charger and the ikea plate so pressed into the model that they couldn&apos;t be removed, or couldn&apos;t be removed without damaging them. But both the watch and phone pads stay in place and won&apos;t move. </p></div>

Hi,

I don't know if anyone is still using this watch but here is a solution for the well-known strap issue...

Works with a 20 mm strap, the 2nd version is thinner, more round, maybe less stronger ? Anyway I am using it for many months now.

Print settings :

I printed mine with an Alphawise U30 Pro and Cura (profiles : 0.15, infill 40% (don't matter), support). ABS is nice too
Choose a flat surface.

NB 
Battery replacement is risky but it works like a charm for me :

One other workaround could be using pattex (or other brand oc) modeling clay.
