I printed both at 100% infill in PETG but PLA or PLA+ should work. I just had PETG loaded already. I also printed these with a 0.8mm nozzle for speed as cosmetics is not really a concern with something like this but you should be able to make a functional tool with any size nozzle. 
They fit loosely on 1 inch PVC pipe. If it is too lose just put 1 layer of tape around the pipe to make it snug.
This will require some math. For example the string I made for my crossbow is 17.1 inches long. To get this I have to had a PVC pipe 17 7/8 inches to get the right size. So cut your pipe on the longer side and you can trim to fit.
This has numerous tie off points. Please print as shown in the photo for max durability as you will be putting it under tension.
You should be able to use this to make everything from 50lb pistol crossbow strings to full size recurve bow strings with this tool.
The string shown in the photo is made with pre-stretched mason line from the local hardware store and some serving string I ordered from Ebay. The white stuff in the photos is bee&apos;s wax. I over wax when I first make a string to make sure everything is coated.</div>

These friction tires will hopefully give a better grip... This design allows to rotate the clip easily, making possible to attach it to the Hotend&#xB4;s Bowden tube without problems because will not touch the cables (cartridge heater, PT 100, and fan). To Print: &#xA0;0.1 layer height &#xA0;100% infill &#xA0; When printed: &#xA0; 1- Remove the &#xB4;blue horse shoe&#xB4; (or whatever you have) &#xA0;2- Insert bowden tube into clamp until goes down no more &#xA0;3- Insert the &#xB4;new Clip&#xB4; &#xA0;5- Be happy!
