Servoanschluss Tragfläche Heron Solius MPX

Bei mir waren die Verbindungskabel für die Flächenservos häufig defekt weil sie konstruktionsbedingt immer am Rumpf abgeknickt werden.

Sie Schablonen sind für die nötige Aussparung für den Stecker in der Wurzelrippe der Tragfläche gedacht.
Zuvor habe ich je eine Fläche angesteckt und von der Rückseite her mit einem Bleistift das jeweilige Fenster an der Wurzelrippe angezeichnet.

a) Achtung erst Stecker in die Tragfläche einpassen und verkleben. 
b) Danach Steckeraufnahme (mit eingebautem Stecker) an der Tragfläche anstecken. 
c) Das Ganze dann in den Rumpf einschieben ggf. Rumpfaussparung mit Cutter Messer nacharbeiten.

I really want to be able to print the wheels inluding the tires for my RC car. Now, i can´t print rubber and i realise that a tire printed in ABS won´t have much success on the street outside my home unless maybe for drifting?But what if i did something like on this thing: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:37131only with a design that would be smaller and better suited for gravel and sand?
