<hr><p>You probably need supports for the protruding carrier tube but not for the interior of the carrier tube through which the axle will later pass. So I printed the part with a support blockade in the interior of the tube and otherwise with supports from 75&#xB0;.<br>
Unfortunately I could not avoid slight warping. You should pay attention to this. But the slight warping does not harm the stability of the part.<br>
A 45&#xB0; turned part would avoid the necessity of supports. However, in my first try with this, the support tube of my bike got warped and the axle did not fit anymore</p></div>

<div><p>I just made a new version of my SIGMA Bike Computer Mount, which I initially made some time ago. The new version is made from scratch and has some improvements, like orientation of the bike computer and stability.</p>
<p>There are some versions with different offsets, too. Now you can match the position to your specific stem with (40 / 42 / 44 mm) and make sure, your bike computer is centered.</p>
<p>The mounting diameter fits for handlebars with 31.8 mm mounting diameter.</p>
<p>Assembly:</p>
<p>You will need following parts in addition:</p>
<p>1x Socket Head Cap Screw M4x12 (ISO 4762)<br>
1x Nut M4 (ISO 4032)</p>
<p>And you have to re-use the original black plastic mounting frame, which comes standard with your SIGMA Bike Computer. Use the four original screws to mount the black plastic frame on your 3D-printed part.</p>

SIGMA Bike Computer Mount - NEW VERSION (V2)

I just made a new version of my SIGMA Bike Computer Mount, which I initially made some time ago. The new version is made from scratch and has some improvements, like orientation of the bike computer and stability.

There are some versions with different offsets, too. Now you can match the position to your specific stem with (40 / 42 / 44 mm) and make sure, your bike computer is centered.

The mounting diameter fits for handlebars with 31.8 mm mounting diameter.


Assembly:

You will need following parts in addition:

1x Socket Head Cap Screw M4x12 (ISO 4762)
1x Nut M4 (ISO 4032)

And you have to re-use the original black plastic mounting frame, which comes standard with your SIGMA Bike Computer. Use the four original screws to mount the black plastic frame on your 3D-printed part.


Recommended printing settings:

Material: PETG (PLA will get soft in summer!)
Layer: 0.2 mm
Infill: 100%
Model orientation on printbed: like shown on the picture!
Support: Yes! Like shown on the picture!
Print bed adhesion: Use brim!
