This is an adaptor for mounting 150mm large format lens on to the legendary Rolleiflex SL66 camera. I'm not sure if the adaptor is suitable for the later version SL66E or SL66SE. If you try to mount on those bodies you are doing it at your own risk. 

PETG is recommended when printing. Be sure to check your model after printing and don't force anything onto the camera. The SL66 is more valuable than some printed plastic.
