<div><p>Ich m&#xF6;chte euch mein neustes kleines &quot;Upcycling&quot; Projekt vorstellen.<br>
Anlass zum Bau dieser Tisch- / Moodlampe war urspr&#xFC;nglich die missgl&#xFC;ckte Reparatur eines Fernsehers. Nachdem die Reparatur nicht gegl&#xFC;ckt ist habe ich das gute Teil kurzer Hand zerlegt und alle n&#xFC;tzlichen und wieder verwertbaren Teile ausgebaut. Dazu hat f&#xFC;r mich auch der gr&#xF6;&#xDF;te Teil des eigentlichen Displays geh&#xF6;rt.<br>
So bin ich auf die Idee gekommen aus den verschiedenen Diffusor-Folien noch etwas sinnvolles zu machen.<br>
Und hier ist dieses etwas nun: Eine, wie ich finde, recht sch&#xF6;ne Tischlampe.</p>

<h3>Aufbau</h3>
<h3>Schritt 1 - &#xDC;berlegungen und Druck</h3>
<p>Zuerst solltet Ihr euch &#xFC;berlegen, ob es f&#xFC;r euren Einsatzzweck n&#xF6;tig ist die Lampe f&#xFC;r l&#xE4;ngere Zeit auf einer recht hohen Helligkeit zu betreiben, oder ob es reicht wenn diese auf maximal 50% betrieben wird um z.B Abends f&#xFC;r Stimmung im Wohnzimmer zu sorgen.</p>
<p>Solltet Ihr auch einmal l&#xE4;ngere Zeit auf 100% Helligkeit einstellen wollen oder euch nicht sicher seid, solltet Ihr die Dateien Base_with_vent_holes.stl und Top_with_vent_holes.stl drucken und die St&#xE4;be (rod_1.stl, rod_2.stl, coupler.stl) durch das oben genannte Aluminiumrohr ersetzen. Das wird euch sp&#xE4;ter bei der Abfuhr der entstehenden W&#xE4;rme helfen. Ich habe zus&#xE4;tzlich noch einen kleinen Noctua L&#xFC;fter eingebaut um die warme Luft schneller nach au&#xDF;en zu bef&#xF6;rdern. Dieser ist dank seiner Bauart so gut wie nicht h&#xF6;rbar, aber keines Falls ein Muss.</p>
<p>Andernfalls k&#xF6;nnt Ihr auch das gedruckte Rohr verwenden. Dieses m&#xFC;sst Ihr vorher noch mit einem geeigneten Kleber (Epoxy) verkleben.</p>
<h3>Schritt 2 - Ankleben der LEDs</h3>
<p>Habt Ihr alle Dateien gedruckt k&#xF6;nnt Ihr damit beginnen das LED-Band spiralf&#xF6;rmig auf das Rohr zu kleben. Achtet dabei darauf, dass durch die Drehung und das recht starre LED-Band auch Spannungen auf dieses ausge&#xFC;bt werden und der schon aufgetragene Kleber wahrscheinlich nicht h&#xE4;lt. Ich habe meine LEDs mit Sekundenkleber auf das Aluminium Rohr geklebt.</p>
<p>ACHTUNG: Solltet Ihr die Variante mit ALU-Rohr nachbauen wollen m&#xFC;ssen alle offenen elektrischen Verbindungen auf der Unterseite der LEDs vorher isoliert werden! Ich habe zu diesem Zweck einfach Nagellack verwendet. Alternativ sollte auch Epoxy o.&#xC4;. funktionieren.</p>
<h3>Schritt 3 - Einkleben der Strombuchse</h3>
<p>Als n&#xE4;chstes k&#xF6;nnt Ihr die Buchse f&#xFC;r die Stromversorgung in die Basis kleben. Zuerst habe ich diese nur mit Hei&#xDF;kleber fixiert. Dies hat jedoch nicht lange gehalten und ich bin dann letztendlich doch zu Epoxydkleber &#xFC;bergegangen. Das h&#xE4;lt dann wenigstens bombenfest!</p>
<h3>Schritt 4 - Verbinden der LEDs</h3>
<p>Je nachdem ob Ihr einen L&#xF6;tkolben zur Hand habt oder nicht k&#xF6;nnt Ihr nun das LED-Band direkt an den MagicHome Controller l&#xF6;ten. Diesen m&#xFC;sst Ihr vorher noch aus seinem Kunststoff Gef&#xE4;ngnis befreien. Andernfalls kann das LED-Band auch mit dem passenden Verbinder einfach eingesteckt werden. Dabei kann es aber sein, dass sich die Verbindung bei Ersch&#xFC;tterungen l&#xF6;st und Farben nicht mehr dargestellt werden. Deshalb habe ich mich f&#xFC;r fest verl&#xF6;ten entschieden. </p>
<p>Nun k&#xF6;nnt Ihr das Rohr mit den LEDs auch schon einmal in seine Basis stecken und einen ersten Test machen. Nun fehlt aber noch das wichtigste... Die Diffusor-Folien um den Effekt perfekt zu machen. </p>
<h3>Schritt 5 - Der Diffusor</h3>
<p>Ich habe als Diffusor Folien aus dem bereits genannten Fernseher verwendet. Dabei habe ich festgestellt, dass es wichtig ist mindestens eine milchige Folie und diese verspiegelte (Fresnel-Linse?) Folie zu verwenden. Ohne diese &quot;Spiegelfolie&quot; wird das Licht nicht perfekt gestreut und man kann die einzelnen LEDs durchschimmern sehen.<br>
Nun m&#xFC;sst Ihr den Umfang ermitteln und die Folien passend zuschneiden. Am einfachsten nehmt ihr euch ein St&#xFC;ck A3 Papier und messt damit die ben&#xF6;tigte L&#xE4;nge aus. Anschlie&#xDF;end werden die Folien in die an der Basis vorgesehene Kerbe gesteckt. Ich musste diese nicht verkleben, da sie schon recht stramm rein ging.<br>
Zum zusammenkleben der Folien auf der L&#xE4;ngsseite kann ich euch leider keinen Tipp geben. Einzig einen Rat: Sekundenkleber funktioniert zwar, hinterl&#xE4;sst aber h&#xE4;ssliche Flecken auf der Folie.</p>
<p>Nun ist das Werk fast vollendet. Einzig der Deckel fehlt noch. Dieser wird einfach auf das Rohr und die Folie gesteckt. Achtet dabei darauf, dass die Folie in der daf&#xFC;r vorgesehenen Kerbe liegt und nirgends verknickt wird.</p>
<h3>Schritt 6 - Die Steuerung</h3>
<p>Zur Steuerung der Lampe habt Ihr auch noch einige M&#xF6;glichkeiten: </p>
<ul><li>Entweder Ihr verwendet die vom Hersteller angebotene App um den MagicHome Controller zu bedienen</li>
<li>Oder Ihr flasht eine alternative Firmware auf das Modul und steuert dieses dann &#xFC;ber eine Website oder z.B HomeAssistant.</li>
</ul><p>Ich hoffe euch gef&#xE4;llt dieses Projekt und Ihr habt Spa&#xDF; es nach zu bauen.<br>

Moodlight

Ich möchte euch mein neustes kleines "Upcycling" Projekt vorstellen. 
Anlass zum Bau dieser Tisch- / Moodlampe war ursprünglich die missglückte Reparatur eines Fernsehers. Nachdem die Reparatur nicht geglückt ist habe ich das gute Teil kurzer Hand zerlegt und alle nützlichen und wieder verwertbaren Teile ausgebaut. Dazu hat für mich auch der größte Teil des eigentlichen Displays gehört. 
So bin ich auf die Idee gekommen aus den verschiedenen Diffusor-Folien noch etwas sinnvolles zu machen. 
Und hier ist dieses etwas nun: Eine, wie ich finde, recht schöne Tischlampe.

<h1>Aufbau</h1>
<h2>Schritt 1 - Überlegungen und Druck</h2>
Zuerst solltet Ihr euch überlegen, ob es für euren Einsatzzweck nötig ist die Lampe für längere Zeit auf einer recht hohen Helligkeit zu betreiben, oder ob es reicht wenn diese auf maximal 50% betrieben wird um z.B Abends für Stimmung im Wohnzimmer zu sorgen.

Solltet Ihr auch einmal längere Zeit auf 100% Helligkeit einstellen wollen oder euch nicht sicher seid, solltet Ihr die Dateien Base_with_vent_holes.stl und Top_with_vent_holes.stl drucken und die Stäbe (rod_1.stl, rod_2.stl, coupler.stl) durch das oben genannte Aluminiumrohr ersetzen. Das wird euch später bei der Abfuhr der entstehenden Wärme helfen. Ich habe zusätzlich noch einen kleinen Noctua Lüfter eingebaut um die warme Luft schneller nach außen zu befördern. Dieser ist dank seiner Bauart so gut wie nicht hörbar, aber keines Falls ein Muss.

Andernfalls könnt Ihr auch das gedruckte Rohr verwenden. Dieses müsst Ihr vorher noch mit einem geeigneten Kleber (Epoxy) verkleben.

<h2>Schritt 2 - Ankleben der LEDs</h2>
Habt Ihr alle Dateien gedruckt könnt Ihr damit beginnen das LED-Band spiralförmig auf das Rohr zu kleben. Achtet dabei darauf, dass durch die Drehung und das recht starre LED-Band auch Spannungen auf dieses ausgeübt werden und der schon aufgetragene Kleber wahrscheinlich nicht hält. Ich habe meine LEDs mit Sekundenkleber auf das Aluminium Rohr geklebt.

ACHTUNG: Solltet Ihr die Variante mit ALU-Rohr nachbauen wollen müssen alle offenen elektrischen Verbindungen auf der Unterseite der LEDs vorher isoliert werden! Ich habe zu diesem Zweck einfach Nagellack verwendet. Alternativ sollte auch Epoxy o.Ä. funktionieren.

<h2>Schritt 3 - Einkleben der Strombuchse</h2>
Als nächstes könnt Ihr die Buchse für die Stromversorgung in die Basis kleben. Zuerst habe ich diese nur mit Heißkleber fixiert. Dies hat jedoch nicht lange gehalten und ich bin dann letztendlich doch zu Epoxydkleber übergegangen. Das hält dann wenigstens bombenfest!

<h2>Schritt 4 - Verbinden der LEDs</h2>
Je nachdem ob Ihr einen Lötkolben zur Hand habt oder nicht könnt Ihr nun das LED-Band direkt an den MagicHome Controller löten. Diesen müsst Ihr vorher noch aus seinem Kunststoff Gefängnis befreien. Andernfalls kann das LED-Band auch mit dem passenden Verbinder einfach eingesteckt werden. Dabei kann es aber sein, dass sich die Verbindung bei Erschütterungen löst und Farben nicht mehr dargestellt werden. Deshalb habe ich mich für fest verlöten entschieden. 


Nun könnt Ihr das Rohr mit den LEDs auch schon einmal in seine Basis stecken und einen ersten Test machen. Nun fehlt aber noch das wichtigste... Die Diffusor-Folien um den Effekt perfekt zu machen.

Você já teve a ideia de virar um maker? Pois bem, eu tive e entrei com tudo nesse universo e comecei a fazer coisas.

Sem o que discutir a Tupperware evolucionou seus produtos com excelente qualidade, sou admirador dos materiais que ela produz e também dos lindos designs. Compramos muito Tupperware, não tem melhor :)

Conforme vão chegando os potes, o espaço vai diminuindo. Desenhei um suporte de tampas e foi colocado na porta do armário, ficou prático para pegá-las e liberou um pouco o espaço. Top demais.
