I have used a heated bed at 55 degrees Celsius and my nozzle size is 0.4mm and was heated at 210 degrees Celsius. I have used a brim to ensure adhesion to the build plate. I have used the movement setting: &apos;combing not in skin&apos; (Cura) for a smoother topsurface. I paused the print at the point when the helping hands drawing begins, changed filament, and resumed the print. Don&apos;t worry to use your own settings while this isn&apos;t a difficult model.</p></div>

<div><p>As new waves of Covid-19 spread continues, we decided to do something about it. Pooling all our talents together at RoboForce, we came up with this. Designed by our Techno Wizards, this hand sanitizer dispenser is easy to build, simple and reliable.</p>
<p>The goal of this design is to ensure that it is simple enough for the anyone to build and maintain while providing a platform for advanced users to buildon. Basically, anyone with a 3D printer and access to simple materials can build it.</p>
<p>STEP files are also included for any customization.</p>
<p>Materials needed:<br>
1x Small DC motor<br>
1x TIP125 PNP transistor<br>
1x IR proximity sensor<br>
1x USB cable (Only the 5V and GND wire is used)<br>
6x 693ZZ bearings<br>
2x M3x25mm cap screw<br>
3x M3x12mm button head screws<br>
4x M3x6mm countersunk screws<br>
1x 3D printed cover<br>
1x 3D printed rotor<br>
1x 3D printed pump body with integrated mounting<br>
6mm OD 4mm ID silicone tubing (Length depend on your bottle height. Minimum 200mm)</p>
<p>Assembly:</p>
<ol><li>Stack 2 bearings and secure it to the rotor with button head screws. Repeat for all 3 sides.</li>
<li>Insert the silicone tubing into the pump body.</li>
<li>Push the silicone tube to the circular edge and insert the rotor.</li>
<li>Align and insert the motor shaft into the rotor. Do not push in all the way, leave a small gap between the rotor and pump body.<br>
5, Secure the motor with cap screws.</li>
<li>Insert the IR proximity sensor into the slots and secure with countersunk screw.</li>
<li>Test the pump with water. It is self priming and can pump fluid even when the tube is full of air.</li>
<li>Secure the cover with countersunk screws.</li>
<li>Connect the transistor and the USB cable.</li>
<li>Get a PET soda bottle. Drill a 6mm hole on the cap.</li>
<li>Push the tube through and press fit the pump body on the bottle cap.</li>
<li>Adjust the sensitivity by turning the trimpot on the IR proximity sensor.</li>
<li>You&apos;re done.. Start sanitizing.</li>
<li>Show this thing to your friends.</li>

2x M3x25mm cap screw
3x M3x12mm button head screws
4x M3x6mm countersunk screws

1x 3D printed rotor
1x 3D printed pump body with integrated mounting
6mm OD 4mm ID silicone tubing (Length depend on your bottle height. Minimum 200mm)

Assembly:
1. Stack 2 bearings and secure it to the rotor with button head screws. Repeat for all 3 sides.
2. Insert the silicone tubing into the pump body.
3. Push the silicone tube to the circular edge and insert the rotor.
4. Align and insert the motor shaft into the rotor. Do not push in all the way, leave a small gap between the rotor and pump body.
5, Secure the motor with cap screws.
6. Insert the IR proximity sensor into the slots and secure with countersunk screw.
7. Test the pump with water. It is self priming and can pump fluid even when the tube is full of air.
8. Secure the cover with countersunk screws.
9. Connect the transistor and the USB cable.
10. Get a PET soda bottle. Drill a 6mm hole on the cap.
11. Push the tube through and press fit the pump body on the bottle cap.
12. Adjust the sensitivity by turning the trimpot on the IR proximity sensor.
13. You're done.. Start sanitizing.
14. Show this thing to your friends.

Know someone with a big heart and a good sense of humor? Give them this anatomically correct Voronoi heart to show that you care, and also that you’re a little weird. Either way, it is sure to put a smile on their face!

I then created this divider and glued it (hot glue) inside the template. Breathing through my nose and exhaling through my mouth now I no longer have a headache. Use at your own risk, if you want to create commercial projects go ahead: Jesus said that it is our duty to love and help others&#x2026; which is the historical reason why hospitals were born. Peace and love : )</p>

It is necessary to readjust the size and shape of the divider to your face. I use a piece of tin wire to take the profile, so I take a picture and put it in tinkercad .. then overlay the model on the shape of the tin wire.<br>
The model created is a bit annoying in contact with the skin. I apply a patch between the plastic and the skin.</p></div>
