<div><p>I wasn&apos;t super crazy about any of the fan covers I could find, especially considering my fans have a 21mm center section, so I designed this one with silence in mind. I designed this myself from scratch, but it obviously resembles almost every other jet style fan cover out there. Simple to print and SILENT. This is version 5, previous versions all increased fan noise, this one does not. </p>
<p>Base is exactly 40x40, so it fits literally any 40mm fan out there. Outer &quot;ring&quot; is roughly 56.5mm in diameter, which tapers down nicely to 38mm for the fan inlet. The screw holes are only 1mm above the bottom of the print. Total height of the cover is 12mm; center cone is the full height, whereas the actual duct is only 10mm in height. The screw holes may be a bit tight, but that&apos;s only because I wanted there to be 1 solid perimeter around it, otherwise there would be holes in the print. </p>

Flite Test FT Explorer Rubber Band Wing Protectors

Simple parts to protect your FT Explorer wings from getting rubber band indentations on the leading/trailing edges.  I glued mine in using CA glue (Super Glue) to keep the wing from sliding around inside of them.  Works well!

<p><em>I created this grille for use with a makeshift soldering fume extractor I created by sandwiching a carbon filter between two 120mm PC fans. While soldering, I kept accidentally shoving things into the fan. This was my solution. I thought it looked kinda cool once mounted to the fan, so I am uploading it for others to use as they please.</em></p>
<p><strong>I cannot say how much, if at all, this grille degrades the airflow of the fans. If you do use these grilles on your PC, please keep in mind that you may experience lower airflow. Though it is unlikely, it is possible that using this grille on your fans may lower your airflow enough that components in your machine could become too hot and are damaged. Please be mindful of your temperatures.</strong></p></div>

I have combined three ideas together:

- reduce the noise with shock of the air waves in the inner fins (rungs) round holes (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4251317)
- bed lever reminder on top (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3505548)

Noise is directed to the back of the printer - I measured noise reduction about 6 db!

Basic version has length 10 cm, extended version 12 cm.

I just used black marker to highlight the text.
