Festool Systainer Mini Insert 15 dividers

This is a remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4529742 as it did not fit my Ender 3.

I traced the outline in Fusion 360 and made 15 individual dividers. All inside corners has a fillet so smaller parts is easier to get out.

But I don&apos;t have any new ones so I&apos;m sort of guessing.</p>
<p>For that reason I&apos;ve included the STEP file in case you want to make changes to the pocket for the bar or the location of the hole.</p>
<p>Note that with this design, because of the location of the hole, it will clamo material down to about 1/4&quot; thick. Any thinner and the clamp release lever hits the printed clamp head. For me, that&apos;s fine as I don&apos;t deal with many materials thinner than 1/4&quot; and if you really need to you could probably adapt the design to gain a few more mm clearance.</p>
<p>I used a 4mm machine screw and nut to attach the head to the bar using the existing hole. The existing clamo head is molded to the bar, so to remove it I sliced along the side of the bar with a bandsaw (you could easily use a hack saw for the same operation as the plastic cuts pretty easily) and the head popped right off revealing the hole.</p>
<p>Works really well with my Makita track saw system and a little more robust than the original design using the smaller &quot;Micro&quot; model of the Quick Clamp. I found a couple of those clamps amongst my tools after I had built and used this one and they work well also, they just don&apos;t clamp as firmly given their size. Irwin Quick Grip Track Adapter

I made a version of niki_m's excellent track saw clamp head that fits my "standard" Irwin Quick Grip clamps. To be honest, I've had these clamps probably for 20 years and they have a lot of different models now. I believe these are closest to the current "One-Handed Mini Bar Clamp" model. But I don't have any new ones so I'm sort of guessing.

Butée guide parallèle FESTOOL

J'ai réalisé ce modèle de butée pour des coupes répétitives avec les rails festools.
L'avantage c'est que la butée ce glisse à l'intérieure du rail et ne peux donc pas en sortir.
Les rails que j'ail utilisé sont des TTRACK de 9mm d'épaisseur cet 13mm de large.
J'ai utilisé les paramètres suivant :
Température de la sonde 200 degrés
Température du Bed 55 degrés
Remplissage 40%
Hauteur de couche 0,16
N'oubliez pas de cocher les supports.
