Prusa MK3S Extruder Stepper cooler (without glue or double sided sticky tape)

<p>This allows for the easy mounting of an OmniaDrop direct drive on your Exoslide.  I have modified all of mine to have wire connectors that are right at the unit, so I can swap in a minute or two.  I find this easier than changing nozzles, just swap the entire unit.</p>

                <div><p>I use a M5 brass melt insert for the connection between the mount and the handle. </p>
<p>The back of the X cable clip has a place for a bowden adapter to support the cabling.  For this I use a M6 brass insert.  The bowden adapter could be screwed directly into the plastic, but I had trouble with it breaking.  I use an old section of bowden tube with a 16 gauge wire inserted to support the cables to the OmniaDrop.</p>

This is a top mount for the Ender 5 extruder. It can be mounted anywhere along the Z axis extrusion, as it is 40mm wide. The mount is designed to let you rotate to any of eight positions and then lock in place with two M4 screws.

Every downloadable Version had some little annoying details, that I would like to solve at my own Way.</p>

Every downloadable Version had some little annoying details, that I would like to solve at my own Way.

So this means:

1. no Metalplate from Anycubic is necessary
2. Belt holder
3. Cable management and PCB holder  

if you use a stock stepper motor or a slim one like I do, and if you use a heat sink on it, you need more distance to the end stop. So I designed a little bracket, easily mount on the end stop plate.

Improvements:

* New Backplate which can be used instead of the Anycuibic original one (Metal). You save a lot of weight.
* faster Speeds and Movements are possible
* mount directly to the bearing gliders
* better cable Management to avoid breaking them 
* new PCB holder
* new belt mount

Speed Settings in CURA 4.7.1:

* Outer Wall Speed 30 mm/s, acceleration 800.
* Inner Wall Speed 60 mm/s, acceleration 1500.
* Infill speed 80 - 100 mm/s (it depends), acceleration 3000.
* Default printing speed 60 mm/s, default acceleration 3000.
* Travel speed 200 mm/s, acceleration 4000.
* Top/Bottom Solid fill speed 30 mm/s, acceleration 3000.
