You only need superglue, sandpaper, a ball of string, 175 x 25 x 32 mm grindstone (A bigger wetgrind grindstone could be better because it has more momentum and it makes finer results. But i wanted to make it and designed it for more standart and easy to find parts.) and some machine oil except 3d printed parts.
It could be better with ball bearings and some heavy metal parts. But my challenge is making it mostly with 3d printed PLA. There is only two small parts which maded with TPU are &quot;Grindstone Shaft Stud Cap&quot; and &quot;Grindstone Shaft Stud Handle&quot; (The second one is optional.).
It could be a good educational material for understanding some machine components.
Most of bench grinder motors could reach better results. But you can make effective results with this grindstone too. It is portable and energy free and still faster than whetstones for getting effective results. You need to holding the knife cross while sharpening. Because shaft is short and you can hit crank or gear wheel.
It requires some precious afterwork and it turns better after some hours of working.

<div>It&apos;s possible for some parts to fuse together, just on the first couple layers. 
If you use my recommended settings (listed above) the hinges should be strong enough for you to gently break apart areas of unwanted fusion without snapping the hinges themselves. 
A small blade might be helpful for cleaning up debris between moving parts.</div>

 Fish Fossilz are an amazing one piece print that wriggles, twists and bends in all directions. It&apos;s an easy print that only uses about 13gm of filament (with recommended settings).
Fish Fossilz have proven to be hugely popular so, as some people have been using them as a Key Fob (with the key ring through the eye) an additional &quot;Fob&quot; type has been added. This has a fitting at the end of the tail to attach it to the key ring. This should make it less bulky and more visible as a key fob (Download Fob .stl file version).

I opted for a recharchable battery saving space and waste throwing out batteries. I used a small sensor hidden in Dave&apos;s dungarees, allowing him to see what&apos;s infront of him navigating his way around objects.

This is a truly interactive project to you can undertake using your printer.

Robo Dave - The Machine Minion

 Introducing - Dave the Minion! Print your own, pint sized, personal robot Minion! Dave the Minion is a Despicable Me adaptation of Bob the Biped in the video below.
