Used 3D Printer Motor &amp; Vibration Dampers that are 5.75mm in height. The long version has additional lugs on top. You would need to drill corresponding holes into the D6 enclosure. The short version replaces the standard brackets. You will need a 9/32 or 7mm drive socket to fasten the nuts. There is a screw for a cable guide below the right motor that you might have to take off /shorten to fit the bracket or use Version 2 that is altered on the right side.</p>

<p>I printed these in Carbon Fiber PETG 5 layers all around and 50% triangle infill. They turned out very solid indeed.</p>

<p>Still testing but print quality seems improved as vibrations are gone.</p>

<p>The silence when printing is stunning. The family is happy......</p>

By attaching a damper to the lower ground plane of 3D printer you can halve printing noise and vibration. By placing tennis balls, soft baseballs, etc. on the damper and the floor surface, stabilizing the installation of the 3D printer and suppressing the noise generated around it. The figure below is after installation on the ALUNAR - M508, the noise can be reduced to about half.

Printable 25 cent harmonic damper for NEMA-23 steppers

Füsse - Feet Ultimaker 2+

Diese Füsse können in 3 Versionen verwendet werden.
1. Nur der eigentliche Fuss, dann eher ein Kratzschutz für den Tisch
2. Mit den gedruckten einstellbaren Füssen zum Höhenausgleich
3. Mit den verblendeten Gummipuffern. Für mich die beste Möglichkeit. Sehr gute Entkoppelung des Druckers. Die Gummipuffer gibt es z.B. bei Ebay.
