Fully 3D Printable 2 Stroke Engine Model 

Hi everyone,

I designed a 2 stroke engine model in this project. It can be completely printed with a 3d printer. You don't need any extra parts. 

Piston diameter 25 mm and stroke 25 mm. Thus, it has a cylinder volume of 12.25 cc. 
The bearings I use are 608zz type and have 8 mm inner diameter. (From those used in standard stress wheels).

The attached STL files are my own design for a durable 3D printed paracord break away. It connectes and breaks very smooth and has proved to be durrable when disconecting. I created this becasue the free versions I found did not work well at all. They either printed poorly or failed easily. This design connects the ends very easily, but requires a good pull to separate. This is usable for any cord, but was desinged for both 1/8" and 1/16" paracord. Just pass the cord through he hole and knot the end. With 1/8" cord on the inner part work the knot in slowly. I have printed and used this design to connect bracelets, necklaces, key chains. Really could be used anywhere you want two items connected with a cord, but able to break free.

I print in PLA, but any plastic will do. Each part prints very easy with the cord side down thus preserving critical features. I'd suggest using a brim to maintain attachment to the build plate. Using standard speeds and normal build height of 0.15, each part builds in about 5 minutes.

Pour une utilisation avec des cordes , un percage des clef est necessaire ainsi que le passage des cordes dans le passe-corde de la cross .<br>

For assembly you need: - strong glue<br>
- 2 small wood screws to 10mm (support fund strings)<br>
3 x 25 -4 screw and nut (cash instument + handle)<br>

Note: - two bores to 5 mm can be made at the top of the handle, for securing the cross with two pins (not supplied to print next length of drilling). For use with ropes, drilling of a key is needed and the passage of the ropes in the rope pass the cross.</p>

<p>The model depicts the following parts: the white and gray matters, the filaments on ventral and dorsal root, the spinal ganglion, the dorsal and ventral roots, the dorsal ramus and the rami communicantes.</p>

<p>Please note that some amplification has been introduced to show the small details of the model.<br>

<p>Three versions of the model are offered: ( a solid without the vertebrae stand ), ( a solid with the vertebrae stand ) and ( a fragmented model with individual parts )</p>

<p>The vertebrae stand has 4 point of contact to ensure that the model stands upright.</p>

<p>Please note that some gluing will be necessary to assemble the model.</p>

<p>A clearance of 0.35mm is modeled into the splitted parts to ensure the clearance for assembly<br>
