 An easy and practical print that has multiple uses in every home, office or workshop. Great as a gift.
This design features independently rotating layers with cubicles for organizing and /or displaying small parts, jewellery and other things... and can be used to make disassembly / reassembly of things a much easier process. Printed according to the recommended settings this doesn&apos;t use much filament, can be printed on small machines and provides a practical solution to everyday problems / needs.

There are three parts to this design:
. The Base is the static part that sits on your shelf / bench / desk. If necessary, to stop sliding / movement while rotating the layers above, place a non-slip rubber pad or similar underneath. . Layers are the mid sections in this design. Print as many as you need to store as many parts or things as you want in the 5 x cubicles available on each layer. . The top is the same as the Layers (above) but doesn&apos;t have a shaft coming out the top to accept another layer. It has a flat top instead.
 This also features a clever &apos;Part Sequencer&apos; facility...
When you are dissembling something and need to remember the order to reassemble parts, make sure you are using the correct screws in the right places and not forget parts along the way then this could be a great solution.
As you start disassembling something place the first small part/s removed in Cubicle 1 on the bottom layer. Place the second part/s removed in Cubicle 2 and so on... when all five on Layer 1 are full move to your Layer 2 and start by placing subsequently removed parts in Cubicle 1 etc. until your disassembly is completed.
When it&apos;s time for reassembly just refit the parts in the reverse order. You won&apos;t forget parts and should get the right part as/when required in the correct order... no more forgetting how to reassemble things!
This is designed to accommodate small things only. Each Cubicle measures approx. 40mm at it&apos;s widest point, narrows to 10mm wide at the inner / narrowest point over 30mm depth. Each Layer height is approximately 35mm. If you need to accommodate bigger things increase the scale uniformly as required. It should scale up fine.
When assembled the clearance between the Layer Shafts and Layer above is just 0.35mm to make sure they rotate freely within each other but do not have excess clearance that would make layers slightly wobbly. On a Replicator 2 / 5th Generation Replicator these print really well in PLA. They fit together snuggly and free up to rotate smoothly with just a few turns. However, for even freer movement give each of the internal surface a quick spray with silicone lubricant. This isn&apos;t essential but just improves ease of independent layer movement.

 It&apos;s safe to say most people have a dislike ( ...hate ... are scared) of cockroaches. If you&apos;re in this group and have the odd roach problem then this could be your solution.
We were regularly getting cockroaches sheltering in our letterbox. All too often this meant you carried them inside the house hidden amongst the mail... particularly the junk mail. Sprays and baits inside the letterbox never seemed to have any effect (...although that&apos;s not to say they didn&apos;t wander away to die elsewhere?)
Baits aren&apos;t cheap and the idea of spray coated mail didn&apos;t exactly appeal either so I developed a small reusable &apos;Roach Trap&apos; that has proven to be effective at catching cockroaches. How you deal with them after they are trapped inside is up to you... spray insect spray up the entry, drop it all into water until they drown... or just open the end sliding door, knock them out and squash them. However you decide to deal with them at least you have a corpse so you know there&apos;s one less roach to annoy you.
This is a simple print with no support required and they don&apos;t use a lot of filament. Print with translucent filament so you can see through the thin walls and see if there&apos;s a roach inside ( ...you can shake it and they often start scuttling around). Use 2 shells but high infill (50%) to make sure the walls are almost solid and strong... after all this is a Roach prison.
In operation, attracted to the trap by a tempting smell, there is a ramp that is easy for a cockroach to climb. At the end of the ramp there is a drop into the trap... they drop in only to discover there is no way out. The ramp is a tunnel / tube that has no walls / surfaces leading to the entrance that a cockroach can climb to escape. At the other end of the trap is a small sliding door. This is used to insert the bait and... remove trapped Roaches.
To attract cockroaches to your trap use something like a small piece of banana and banana peel inside the trap through the sliding door. Having searched online for things that attract cockroaches sweet/fragrant things like this seem to work well... just don&apos;t put too much as a cockroach could potentially climb over and get out.
This is a really simple little solution to an annoying problem most people have to deal with at times. The &apos;Roach Trap&apos; is reusable, doesn&apos;t need any expansive baits or sprays so can save you money and the concern about poisons on surfaces around your home.
Give it a go... print one... catch a few and you&apos;ll print more!
To the best of my knowledge there is no similar commercial solution remotely like this.... at standard size they &apos;Roach Trap&apos; measures 32mm (W) x 57.5mm (L) x 22mm (H). This works well with the Roaches in our area up to about 25mm long. Got bigger Roaches... just scale it up uniformly and it should work just as well. Scaling down is not recommended.

The design has been made to be as universal as possible but may not work with all bottles (i.e. with an opening of less than 24mm and/or longer neck than 18mm. It should work with most common sizes...
Refer to the images for Instructions for use and as follows:
Get a plate or container you want to recover the contents of the bottle into/onto. Insert the Internal Scraper into the neck of the bottle you want to scrape out. Holding the small handle of the Internal Scraper that is protruding from under the bottle, push the scraper edge against the vertical inside edge of the bottle. Pull the bottle up so the scrapers lower edge will also wipe around the bottom inside surface of the bottle. While continuing to hold the small Internal Scraper handle, rotate the bottle counter clockwise. The scraper blade will start wiping around the inside of the bottle and the remaining contents forced inwards so it comes out the bottom and onto a plate or into a container. This only costs a few cents to print so will cover its cost within the first use or two.
Even if you aren&apos;t worried about the potential to save money it can be of use when you want the sauce (or whatever is in the bottle concerned) and find it is empty and you don&apos;t have another one in the cupboard. With the Internal Scraper, chances are you will get out the amount you need at the time...

Then, having eaten the first part you have to put the shell down to roll around on your plate.... this (egg shaped) boiled egg server provides two positions so you have somewhere to place both parts of your egg.  A 'just for fun' print as a talking point this is a small and easy print that lets you make your own 'Money Tree'. No support required and it doesn't use much filament.... once printed just add some notes and you have evidence that money 'does grow on trees... if they are 3D printed! The Money Tree should work with almost any denomination of bank notes.  Android Drawers provides a fun storage solution for small things that will be loved by Android fans and appreciated be everyone else who likes the Android logo figurine.
This is a simple print that, at standard scale, stands 120mm tall. It has four drawers... the body has the largest storage capacity followed by the head then the arms. The arms storage is a slot approx. 3mm wide so ideal for hiding away things like SD / SIM cards and a coin.
The print will take time to print and consume a reasonable amount of filament but the result is well worth the time and cost... because it&apos;s unique and fun.
The Android Drawers can be scaled down as adequate clearance has been allowed at standard scale for users with accurate / precise machines and more advanced slicing apps to reduce the size by approx.. 20% if required. The trade-off is that less small things will fit in the arm drawers as the width will be reduced slightly.
This is a really fun and practical storage unit... print one and post images of it at work!

Android Drawers

 Android Drawers provides a fun storage solution for small things that will be loved by Android fans and appreciated be everyone else who likes the Android logo figurine. This is a simple print that, at standard scale, stands 120mm tall. It has four drawers... the body has the largest storage capacity followed by the head then the arms. The arms storage is a slot approx. 3mm wide so ideal for hiding away things like SD / SIM cards and a coin. The print will take time to print and consume a reasonable amount of filament but the result is well worth the time and cost... because it's unique and fun. The Android Drawers can be scaled down as adequate clearance has been allowed at standard scale for users with accurate / precise machines and more advanced slicing apps to reduce the size by approx.. 20% if required. The trade-off is that less small things will fit in the arm drawers as the width will be reduced slightly. This is a really fun and practical storage unit... print one and post images of it at work! Easy chopstick!

 Hello! I challenge myself today in create a help/cheat piece to use with conventional oriental chopstiks. Why? Because I had a pair of chpsticks in my toolbox and decided to do something with it and also because a lot of people is not keen on use this things (like my wife) and I wanted to create something useful for them. The real challenge was not to google or investigate for previous options already made by other people, I wanted to solve the problem, create a design, print it, test it, fail, fix, and improve.  If your device / Ethernet / power cables all too often ends up in a tangled mess then do yourself a favour and print a CableManager!
This simple device prints in around 15 minutes (on a MakerBot), uses very little filament, and quickly clips into place on your devices power cable. Refer to the images for the recommended sequence. Once installed in this order you can unclip the length of cable required from each end to manage the length of cable as required... and secure it in a tidy coil when all clipped back in place.
A quick and easy solution that keeps your devices power cable under control.
At standard scale the CableManager works with 6.75mm diameter power cables which are common for laptop power supplies. Scale up/down as required to suit other common cable sizes. A second .stl has been added that is designed to suit Ethernet cables and functions in exactly the same way.
For example, with Ethernet Cables decrease the X/Y scaling by 22% (78% of standard) to use with 5.25mm cables which are the common/average Ethernet size
Note: Cables vary in diameter so you may need to test a couple to get them perfect for your cables. Only uniform X/Y scaling is recommended as Z scaling will affect the strength and flexibility of the CableManager.
A great way to keep your power cable tidy, adjusted to the length required and tangle free.

Fish Fossilz have proven to be hugely popular so, as some people have been using them as a Key Fob (with the key ring through the eye) an additional &quot;Fob&quot; type has been added. This has a fitting at the end of the tail to attach it to the key ring. This should make it less bulky and more visible as a key fob (Download Fob .stl file version).

Do not use support as that could stop the joints printing separately / free. Raft is recommended as it helps with removal from the build plate and ensures you can break away the bones without damage.
As soon as the Raft is removed &apos;Fish Fossilz&apos; should be super flexi.... bend twist and wriggle. Another great fun example of what is possible with 3D printing.

 Fish Fossilz are an amazing one piece print that wriggles, twists and bends in all directions. It's an easy print that only uses about 13gm of filament (with recommended settings).
