                        </p><div><p>This print must be stopped several layers above the middle layer for the steel ball bearings to be added. If stopped too soon the balls and the nozzle will interfere with each other. I accomplished this by editing the g-code in the Cura slicer.</p>
<p>To accomplish this:</p>
<ol><li>Open Cura.</li>
<li>Click &#x2018;Extensions&#x2019; in the top menu bar.</li>
<li>Click &#x2018;Post Processing&#x2019; and then &#x2018;Modify G-code&#x2019;.</li>
<li>Depending on our other slicer settings we will chose a layer or height just above the middle of the print.</li>
</ol><p>It will be important for us to set a &#x2018;Z Hop&#x2019;. This will raise the print head high enough to miss the balls during travel. </p>
<p>Extra:<br>
If anyone knows how to set an absolute z height above the bed so the printer can avoid unnecessary z travel please comment! I would also like to know how to start the Z Hop only after the balls have been placed!</p></div>

Piggy Van Construction Toy

Click-snap assembly (no glue, no bolts). Can be taken apart afterwards.
Designed to be printed with 0.6 (or smaller) nozzle at 0.2 layer height, no supports needed.

This little van can serve as a piggy bank with one of the roof inserts.

<p>All parts can be easily disassembled and assembled again. Ball joint between tractor and trailer give you possibility to quick change to different equipment (plan to design something more than trailer in future).</p>
<p>Because it is toy for small kids it is necessary to print it as much strong as possible, specially wheels with threads. I used 60% infill and 4 perimeters for wheel. Frames you can print as you want, their shape give enough flexibility, even if you sit on it.  </p>
<p>Some kids can call it train :). Shape is very symbolic, tractor and trailer can look slightly different than you see in your country (even in my). </p></div>

Tractor Toy - 27 cm

May require sanding of the flanges as it is a nice tight fit. This is a remix. Print with thin layer heights to seal it up real tight, but .48 gave me good enough results. There&apos;s a tiny hole in the print but it won&apos;t affect anything.</p></div>

CR10 Fan Shroud

I needed a fan shroud that was not held by the screws for the hot end. I needed it to be able to fit my marker accessory as well as ezabl. Cr10 fan shroud with a clip on section. <p>The (5.95mm) bearing balls are a standard BB size. The rendering has a typo and will be updated shortly.</p>

Herbs go in the top, Spin the bulb handle on the side, and the typhoon grinding action will leave a pile of fluffy herbs beneath in the catch tray. Grinder pulls out of base easily for portability.

We designed this castle playset as a modular toy that can easily be 3D-printed at home.
